Katima waits patiently - first timer Tripoli takes notes

Sweet Land Katima (x Capsand Creamery Walker) started this year's kidding season with triplet bucklings on 29 March 2017. This was Katima's 2nd kidding after being milked through over a year as a first freshener. She's a dedicated milker like her dam Kizzy - I love having one of my favorites back on the milkstand again. She has large teats and is very easy to milk.

Intro

We raise Nigerian Dwarf goats because of their quality: creamy, high butterfat milk, small size, and sweet personalities. They provide our family with a fresh source of raw milk, as well as yoghurt, cheeses, soap, and a variety of dairy products. We love our animals, care for them very well, and are blessed that we are able to raise our own food. Finding the new kids good homes is important to us. Our 13th kidding year will be in 2024, with dairy conformation and gentle temperaments our breeding priorities.
